Seneca Chase Community

Seneca Chase is located in Sterling, VA in eastern Loudoun County.  Our neighborhood consists of 188 single family homes as well as common areas including a playground.

The Seneca Chase HOA was established to administer the by-laws and covenants of the community.  It is governed by a board of directors who are residents of Seneca Chase and have been elected to serve by members of the association.

The board holds open meetings at 7:00 PM on the second Wednesday of every month.  All residents are encouraged to attend.  Please check the "Upcoming Meetings" page for information on meeting locations.
